Lebanon TWP, Allegheny County, PA.  The site is bordered on the west by McNeilly Road and on the north by Midland Avenue.  It is an urban hilltop site of about 2.59 acres that will be developed with a four-story, 60-unit senior housing apartment building.  The site does not have a unique address yet.  Mount Lebanon Township has granted preliminary approval of the plan to subdivide the existing 8.17 acre property, known as the “Toner Plan of Lots” located at 2904 Castlegate Avenue - Parcel 97-F-185.
